Open stable space - Open stable space for pensioner/deer pony

I am offering a place in an open stable in Mönchengladbach Giesenkirchen for a pensioner pony or deer pony (Icelandic would be ideal, otherwise pony up to 1.35 m).
My 28 year old Icelandic mare needs someone where she can crawl along, playing or romping is no longer in the foreground.

I feed hay twice a day, give worming 4 times a year and daily mineral feed, of course it is up to you whether you want to give this feed.

Stable duty should not be a foreign word for you.
We work in two shifts, in the morning between 8-9 a.m. we feed (all ponies in the stable, 4 Icelandic horses and 4 Shettys) and collect them and in the evening they are fed at 7 p.m. and collected again.
Stable work is done by arrangement on fixed days, of course not every day, 1 day per pony.
Duration approx. 45 -60 minutes.

Grazing is not possible due to the deer.
The other 3 Isis go out to pasture at night in summer and have to be taken out in the evening and brought in in the morning.
