Icelandic mare - Sweet Enia is looking for a new home. Now that she’s ready to move on after mourning the loss of her equine friend, she’d love to join an open stable with a small herd—with plenty of space and access to a paddock. She was born in 2010 and has a rating of 8.0. But if she’s the horse of your dreams, then that doesn’t really matter. That’s the home I wish for her. Three years ago, after attempting to compete in show jumping, she developed fetlock ligament syndrome. She underwent surgery and has fully recovered. Her hoof conformation and hindquarters have also changed. I’ve had her for a year, and during that time, the tightness she had in her hindquarters has improved. She’s very open and friendly. I’ve been out for lots of walks with her. She leads the way over hill and dale. And if she’s unsure about something, she comes right up to your side and lets you guide her. She’s a reliable leisure partner with plenty of spirit, but she’s always easy to handle.
