Horse wanted

Horse wanted - I am looking for a horse with a maximum age of 3 years 4 years (to get to know the horse better and to train things that are important to me).
The horse would then stand in a paddock box with daily paddock walks. It is particularly important to me that this breed can jump and ride dressage so that I can break it in, and my area is particularly trained for jumping.
The horse can come from Germany or neighboring countries.

Breed does not matter to me as well as the color (had to specify something)
