Horse mare thoroughbred

Horse mare thoroughbred - I am selling a 16 year old lovely sport mare.
She comes from the racetrack and is now in training to become a reliable horse for indoor and cross-country.
She has a super loving and cuddly character.
What she can't or still can't do is to be separated from other horses.
I got her from bad keeping and nursed her back to health. Farrier, physio, teeth...
I fed her well and started training her again.
Teeth need to be done again in six months.
