You can use it with or without a bit. In version "Option 1" this bridle is allowed according to LPO § 70 for all types of tests on snaffle.

The bridle is anatomically cut so that no pressure is exerted on the sensitive facial nerves and can be used in 3 ways:

Option 1 - with bit: Buckle the bit as usual. The lower set cheek straps provide a smoother position of the bit.
Option 2 - bitless super soft version with action on the bridge of the nose: Remove cheek pieces and buckle reins directly into the large D-rings on the noseband.
Option 3 - bitless cross & soft variation with action on neck and bridge of nose: Remove cheek pieces and pass the webbing through the leather loop over the nape of the neck and through the browband loops. Cross the webbing in the throatlatch area and pass the end pieces through the large D-rings from the inside out. Buckle the reins into the small D-rings of the webbing.
