I am selling my little-used VS saddle All Purpose+ by Bates. The saddle was the first one for my young mare. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong advice regarding the saddle and it is too long. As a result, the saddle is not suitable for my Haflinger mare, despite extensive adjustment options. I have used the saddle for about six months and it is now just under 1 year old. The saddle is therefore still under warranty.
The saddle is 16.5 inches and cost €1,812.59 when new. The saddle can be adjusted both to the horse and to your stature using Velcro pads. It is also possible to engrave the back pommel.
I am selling the saddle with the currently fitted red gullet plate and the originally fitted black one. The Bates care set is also included.
I also have a girth for sale for an additional charge and if you are interested I can also include stirrups, stirrup leathers and saddle covers. I will be happy to send pictures of the 2 saddle covers on request, they only just fit my new saddle.
Fitting is possible on site at the yard, but the saddle could also be taken along and tried on at your place. A deposit in the amount of the sales price will be charged.
