Butterfly Cara 18 inch deep seat vegan leather dressage - I am selling my beautiful Butterfly dressage saddle.

I bought it new in August 2023 and have not used it regularly since September 2023.

The saddle is 18 inches, but is smaller.

On the pictures the saddle is still "wet"

The saddle will not be sent for testing, but can be picked up and tested (Enger, Melle, Bielefeld) against deposit of the purchase price.

Butterfly® CARA
The Butterfly® CARA model is the first saddle in the Butterfly family to be completely free of animal components.

Although no leather is used, this vegan saddle model offers all the comfort of a leather saddle. You can even hear a leather-like creaking sound when riding. The seat shape is particularly pleasant, comfortable and allows a relaxed seat with plenty of freedom of movement.

The Butterfly® CARA enables more energetic movements thanks to greater suppleness for horse AND rider! The knee rolls can be exchanged. This enables individual adaptation to the rider's needs. The high level of comfort makes the Butterfly® a pleasant companion, especially in daily work.

The movable hinges of the saddle tree in the shoulder and wither area allow the saddle to follow the horse's movements - from walk to maximum collection. There is no longer a conventional gullet plate on the saddle head; the remaining bridge plate cannot exert any pressure on the withers. The Butterfly® saddle system allows the saddle to be adapted to different types of horse.

It is not necessary to pad the saddle up, down or over due to changes in the musculature or feeding condition, as the freedom of the shoulders and withers allows changes and individual adjustment of the correct saddle center of gravity. Painful pressure points on the trapezius muscle are avoided.

All metal elements are made of stainless steel. The maintenance-free camber spring without catches is curved in a crescent shape and the saddle straps are made of highly tear-resistant LEMICO®.

The saddle panels are covered with nubuck-like Lemico. The structure of the cover prevents the annoying slipping of commercially available saddle pads/saddlecloths.

Saddle care: The material used is particularly easy to care for. Even a rain shower does not affect the material. There is no need for time-consuming soaping and greasing, just wipe with a soft cloth. The nubuck-like saddle panel cover is cleaned of dust with a soft brush.
