Autumn is the time for energetic work - When the leaves start to turn red, yellow and orange, we know that it's time to start thinking about stabling. The move of our horses from the summer pasture to the box brings with it many situations that can throw our fur noses out of balance and inner peace.

This is why energy work with horses is particularly valuable at this time of year. Unlived feelings can quickly turn into unhealthy emotions. Behavioral patterns brought in by a neighbor in the stall may be adopted. Beliefs can also turn from positive to negative at the turn of the dark season.
