Riding and care participation - Hello,
I am looking for someone who would like to take care of my 20-year-old Icelandic mare and my 2.5-year-old Shetty mare. The stable is in Kirchentellinsfurt, we have an arena that can be used depending on the weather and otherwise we go off-road. Both ponies know ground work, lunging, trail; the shetland mare can also do a few circus tricks - but she is still a young horse. She can already do an incredible amount, but of course she hasn't been ridden or driven yet and should still be allowed to be a young horse. Walks are possible alone or with the Icelandic mare, and she also works well as a hand horse. The Icelandic mare has a small handicap and is only ridden lightly, can carry a maximum of 65 kg. She is a five-gaited mare with a lot of natural tölt, but also trots beautifully. Height at the withers 1.33m.
Both need a two-legged friend to give them security - no beginner horses. Both are keen to run.
We are self-sufficient, during school vacations or otherwise sporadically I need help with the stable work. In terms of time, mornings or afternoons would be good, unfortunately not in the evenings as we feed with time-controlled hay boxes. Also, the arena has no floodlights.
