Place in my open stable

Place in my open stable - Hello,
I am looking for a nice horse and man team who want to move into my open stable, I live locally and have the horses virtually in the living room.

My coldblood mare Elfi is 8 years old and very kind and very social, currently she stands with a with a mare 9 year old Holsteiner mare together. I would like another coldblood, but is not a must. A gelding would also be nice.

What gives with us:
-Summer meadow adjacent to the paddock.
-emergency stalls (3)
- 24/7 hay available
-lockable tack room
-Shelter
-riding area from stable
-lake 20 min. distance
The rent is 100 Euro and the hay costs are divided again extra.
We take care of your horse, feed it, make sure that the horses are doing well.
