Loving Connemara pony - We are selling our 15-year-old, 148 cm tall Connemara mare May. She is trained in dressage up to a solid L level and placed up to A**. She can also be jumped over an A course without any problems, but we have not encouraged this any further. She is the pony you can rely on, she always carries the rider through every test. She is also great fun to ride outside of the competition atmosphere. Whether riding with a neck ring, riding bareback or riding for hours (on her own), May enjoys everything. She has had three foals and is registered as a broodmare in Stud Book 1 in the Connemara Pony Stud Book. She goes well in the trailer and is well-behaved at the farrier. Tractors, children and dogs are no problem at all. She is allergic to dust and pollen and should therefore be kept in an allergy-friendly home. With steamed or wet hay or haylage, as well as a dust-free environment, she really is the best leisure/sport partner you can imagine.
She is only being sold because we are switching to a large horse and unfortunately ponies do not grow with us. She is an ideal beginner's pony and can also be handled by children.
Our May is an absolute reliable pony and is looking for a new loving owner. A test ride is of course possible by arrangement. We are looking for a new home for May so that we can offer her a different environment.
