Hay steamer

Hay steamer - I offer here my used hay steamer with a capacity of 520 liters. Equivalent to about 22 kg of hay.
The special feature of this unit is, in addition to the large volume of the tank, that the steam generator has a fixed water connection. Ie. he should have a fixed location where water and electricity is available. The container is pushed to it, the steam hose is connected by means of a brass coupling and after steaming the container can be rolled to any desired place or also pushed comfortably through the stable aisle. ( The container is equipped with rollers).

-The 100 degree steam flowing through the hay kills practically all germs and bacteria, and due to the moisture penetration all dust is bound and does not get into the respiratory tract of the horses.
- Temperatures of over 90 degrees are reached at all points in the steamed hay.
- With the device the steam is not led into a hollow space underneath the hay to condense there already, as it is the case with the use of a grid, but the steam goes directly into the hay!
- The entire device including container is made of food-safe materials, do not burden the breathing of horses.

Details of the steam generator:
- Power 4000 watts. Electricity consumption is one euro per pass/day. 230 volts. POWER CONNECTION REQUIRED!
- The water is supplied by a solenoid valve (like a washing machine).
- Switching on/off is done via a digital keypad.
- The device is also suitable for wall mounting.
